1. You will be collected from the airport by an English speaking member of our staff and taken in comfort to your hotel.

2. Upon this trip, you will be contacted with a choice of hotel accommodation which we have to offer you (this is not included in the trip, but prices are from as little as 15 EUR (or about 10 GBP) per night for a hotel of a good standard).

3. We recommend however 7 days as ample time to see most of what needs to be seen to fully appreciate this city & region. You are welcome to stay for more, or indeed less.

4. Our winning formula is again to be repeated here with the offer for you to spend as much or as little of your time in our company as you wish. Everyone is different in their approach, and we will at no point force either ourselves, or indeed our properties upon you.

5. Should your desire be to pack as much in as you can to the visit, we will be delighted to show you the wonderful Region of South-East Bulgaria (all of the attached photos are from the region or the city centre of Bourgas) and as much of the region that we feel will be of interest to you!

6. You can again draw upon our knowledge of the Bulgarian property market, as well as the day-to day issues regarding life in Bulgaria, the legalities etc. Advice as to company formations, or help in the formation of one should you feel our area is for you!

7. At the end of your time with us you will be driven back to the airport for your departure back to the UK ( I refrained from writing departure home, as for many of our clients before you, this has now changed for them to a Bulgarian address! )

8. As the owner operator of BULGARIAN PROPERTY SHOP I give you my assurance that the same person is very much in control of this expansion.

   The option is by our company car, in such a case we charge 0.20EUR  per kilometer (or about 0.14 GBP), but if you purchase a property this fee is canceled.
